Lodge : Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy:

  • If not completed within 48 hours as specified, the reservation is considered canceled.

2. Cancellation and Amendment Policy: For Room and Tour booking

  • Sainamwang Lodge operates year-round, regardless of rain or mild weather conditions. Customer cancellations based on weather conditions will not be eligible for refunds.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the assigned room or tour commencement are exempt from charges.
  • Cancellations made 3 to 14 days prior to the assigned room or tour commencement will incur a 50% charge.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the assigned room or tour commencement will be treated as non-attendance and charged in full.
  • No-show cases will be charged in full.
  • Amendments to bookings made 24 hours or more before the assigned room or tour commencement are free of charge.
3. Special Requirements:
  • If a customer has food allergies, specific dietary requirements, limited mobility, or potentially contagious diseases, we kindly request that you notify us in advance.

4. Departure Requirements:

  • Customers must present a valid receipt from the agency upon departure. The receipt should include the company name, date, customer name, and customer number. It’s essential to confirm the pick-up time with the customer(s) and provide them with information about what to bring to the sanctuary.

5. Ethical Treatment of Animals:

  • We uphold ethical standards in our interactions with animals. Our approach ensures that no activity is forced upon elephants if they show any reluctance. Similarly, decisions regarding mud spa and shower activities are based on the elephants’ comfort and satisfaction.
